Guinot, the French skin care expert, is renowned throughout the world for its unique Cathiodermie treatment, which deep cleanses, tones, and revitalises the face, neck, bust and back. Carried out by Guinot trained beauty therapists, this luxurious anti-ageing treatment uses gentle Galvanic and High Frequency electro-therapy to enhance the penetration of the treatment preparations. These include plant, herb, flower and fruit extracts.

The Cathiodermie technique remains the same for the face, bust and back. By using the Cathiodermie machine, the preparations immediately penetrate the deeper layers of the skin, providing a more effective and thorough treatment. The equipment consists of two types of electrical current; Galvanic and High Frequency, to ionise both the skin and the specialsed gels, enabling them to be absorbed into the skin.
